The app is intended for use by people who wish to make their purchases independent of the delivery system and for people who like to make purchases on the go. ooGo app allows customers to order food on-the-go from their mobile phone with complete customizable menu options; pay for the order via the multiple payment gateways available in the ooGo app, and pick up their orders while staying in their cars.

How to use the app: In order to make a purchase, customers can enter the store code, store mobile number or scan the store QR code. The specific menu for the store will then be available to view and order. Once the items from the store menu are selected and added to cart, customer can select the pick up time and then complete the order by choosing the preferred form of payment.

Businesses can obtain their store id or QR code by simply registering themselves in the Viandd website. Once registered, the business user will be prompted to follow simple steps in completing the registration and obtaining a store id and QR code. Store id and QR code are passed on to the end-user / consumer by respective business and/or available on the marketing collateral. There are no additional fees involved in registering, but ooGo will charge the business on a per-order commission basis.
